Managing Plans

Any user in an organization can upgrade or downgrade the organization's plan at any time.

This page covers how to upgrade to either the Starter or the Pro plan. Please contact us to upgrade to Enterprise.

From the Vectorize dashboard, click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner to access the organization admin section.

In the left sidebar, click on Billing under the "Settings" category, then click View plan options.

A page will display detailing the features of each plan. Select Upgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Pro depending on which plan fits your organization's needs.

Verify your billing contact information, enter your payment information if you haven't already provided it, then agree to the Master Subscription Agreement and click Upgrade subscription.

This page covers how to downgrade from either the Starter or the Pro plan. Please contact us to downgrade from Enterprise.

From the Vectorize dashboard, click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner to access the organization admin section.

In the left sidebar, click on Billing under the "Settings" category, then click View plan options.

A page will display detailing the features of each plan. Select Downgrade to Starter or Downgrade to Free depending on which plan fits your organization's needs.

Plans have limitations, so it's possible that you'll need to make changes to your RAG pipelines and/or evaluations before you downgrade. For example, the plan you're downgrading to may allow fewer RAG pipelines at any given time.
If no changes are needed, you'll see a message like this.
If changes are needed, you'll be provided with details about what you need to co. Once you've made the required changes, restart the downgrade process.
Verify your billing contact information, agree to the Master Subscription Agreement, and click Continue to process downgrade.
