Any user in an organization can upgrade or downgrade the organization's plan at any time.
If you downgrade to the Free plan, the pipeline hours you've used in the month will count toward the limit on the Free plan. For example, suppose the limit on the Free plan is 5 pipeline hours/month. If you used 4 pipeline hours on the paid plan, then downgraded to Free, you would have 1 pipeline hour remaining for the month after the downgrade.

From the Vectorize dashboard, click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner to access the organization admin section.
In the left sidebar, click on Billing under the "Settings" category, then click View plan options.
A page will display detailing the features of each plan. Select Upgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Pro depending on which plan fits your organization's needs.
Verify your billing contact information, enter your payment information if you haven't already provided it, then agree to the Master Subscription Agreement and click Upgrade subscription.
The Plan details page will appear, displaying your new plan information.

A page will display detailing the features of each plan. Select Downgrade to Starter or Downgrade to Free depending on which plan fits your organization's needs.
Plans have limitations, so it's possible that you'll need to make changes to your RAG pipelines and/or evaluations before you downgrade. For example, the plan you're downgrading to may allow fewer RAG pipelines at any given time.
If no changes are needed, you'll see a message like this.
If changes are needed, you'll be provided with details about what you need to do. Once you've made the required changes, restart the downgrade process.
Click Downgrade plan.
Verify your billing information and agree to the Master Subscription Agreement, then click Downgrade plan.
The Plan details page will appear, displaying your new plan information.
