Understanding Your Plan
Introduction to Billing and Usage
Vectorize bills based on usage, which is tracked per organization. Our billing unit is the pipeline hour, which represents one RAG pipeline running for one hour. This flexible billing model allows you to scale up or down based on your organization’s needs without worrying about hitting a fixed usage cap.
Our free plan provides 5 pipeline hours per month. All other plans have offer unlimited pipeline hours—you’re billed according to your organization's usage. This makes it easy to scale as you grow, while keeping costs transparent and predictable.
You can upgrade or downgrade an organization's plan as needed.
Plan Options
We offer four plans designed to meet the varying needs of our users:
Free: For developers building side projects and learning RAG.
Starter: For startups and project teams building AI applications.
Pro: For enterprises and teams with complex requirements.
Enterprise: For large organizations needing custom solutions and advanced support.
Each plan comes with different features, support levels, and usage limits. The plan assigned to your organization determines:
The number of active RAG evaluations at any given time.
The number of retrieval endpoint calls and reranking calls per month.
The number of connectors allowed per RAG pipeline.
Which source connectors are available to your organization.
Support options, including community support or SLA-backed support.
Several restrictions apply to the Free plan only; there are no limits for these on the Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plans.
The number of RAG pipelines owned by your organization.
The number of pipeline hours/month.
