Sharing RAG Evaluations Publicly

The RAG Evaluation Dashboard includes a feature that allows you to easily share your RAG evaluations with others by creating a public link. Whether you want to share your evaluation with a coworker for collaboration, or post an interesting finding on social media, this feature makes sharing simple and effective. Additionally, sharing your RAG evaluation will also grant access to the RAG Sandbox tied to that evaluation, enabling others to interact with the vector indexes and models in real-time.

  1. Locate the Public Link Toggle: On the top-right corner of your RAG Evaluation Dashboard, you will see a toggle labeled Create Public Link. This allows you to generate a shareable link for your current RAG evaluation.

  2. Activate the Toggle: Switch the Create Public Link toggle on. This will automatically generate a public link that you can share with others.

  3. Copy the Public Link: Once the link is created, the public link will appear just below the toggle. You can copy the link to your clipboard by clicking on the copy icon to the right of the URL.

  4. Share the Link: You can now share the copied link via email, chat, or social media. Anyone with the link will have access to your RAG evaluation and the corresponding RAG Sandbox.

Accessing the Shared RAG Sandbox

When you share a RAG Evaluation, you're not just sharing the evaluation results—you are also giving the recipient access to the RAG Sandbox associated with that evaluation. This means they can interact with the vector indexes, try out different configurations, and see real-time query responses just like you can.

Why Share a RAG Evaluation?

There are several use cases for sharing a RAG Evaluation:

  • Collaboration: Sharing with coworkers allows them to view the evaluation metrics, test the RAG Sandbox, and provide feedback or suggest improvements.

  • Social Sharing: If you’ve found interesting results, such as a particularly effective vectorization plan, you might want to share the RAG Evaluation with your professional network.

  • Documentation: Sharing an evaluation link is a quick way to document your results and ensure that others have full access to your process and findings.

By making your RAG Evaluation and its corresponding RAG Sandbox publicly accessible, you can collaborate more easily, get feedback, and share insights with a broader audience.
